Is it okay to exercise or do yoga while your muscles are swore?

keep doing it.that means ur body’s not used 2 it & will get the hang of it as u keep doing it

Assuming you mean sore,
If you have done some hardcore excercise the previous day like climbing a mountain or long bike ride etc. you should really leave your muscles to recover. When your muscles are sore after excercise it is because they are recovering and building and it is best to leave this process without intervention, and excercise again when you are no longer sore.
Of course, Yoga encompasses a range of intensity in terms of practice. You could do some very gentle stretches such as Cat Pose, Tree Pose, Cobra, Child Pose, and certainly Corpse pose. Also some warming breath or other breathing/meditation practice, these if done gently may aid the recovery process. If you are really sore then leave it.
