Hot Bikram yoga for 6 months or P90x for weight loss? which works better for a girl to lose 15 pounds?

I am looking to do hot bikram yoga or p90x , i hear they are both good, but which is best for a girl just to lose 15 pounds ? i have seen p90x and it looks intense and hot bikram yoga has been popular as well… just can’t decide? i don’t care about money i just want to know which works the best without killing me !
