I’m a 20 yr old male 165lbs 5′11. I am in pretty good shape, play a bunch of sports like baseball and hockey. I’m interested in getting in the best shape I can while putting on some muscle. I am looking into taking a pilates or yoga class. Are there any positives or negatives that I should think about before starting?
I forgot to mention that I lift weights 3-4 days a week.

I get these neck aches that are horrible. Normal medicine doesn’t work and it keeps from going to work or doing anything else. I started to go to the chiropractor a few months ago but it seemed to get worse. They tried to straighten my neck out but i had a few more sessions to go and had to quit. I’ve always heard that once you go to the chiropractor, you pretty much don’t quit, is that true? and what is a good remedy for relief?

Or a book but I prefer a dvd. I like both kundalini and hatha yoga and am looking for some new things.

I have just recently decided to try some yoga, and when I got the book telling me all about it, and certain positions for it, there are many! I just want to pick a few, but i’m not sure which positions I should do. Can someone help? Thanks.

Ive been thinking about what i going to do after highschool, and naturopathy seems to be one of those careers that seems perfect for me. Im wondering though, because no one really knows about it and it is looked down on by other health care proffessionals, would I have a decent salary?
