Your video implies that all Reiki practitioners are Witches, and all Witches are Reiki practitioners. This is not true. Although I am a Reiki practitioner and Witch, most Reiki practitioners are NOT witches.

Also, I had a hard time getting past the spelling and grammatical errors.

Fix the errors and state at the beginning that your coven uses Reiki but not all Reiki practitioners are Witches, and I think you’ll have a lovely video.

I don’t wanna step on anyones toes here but a “witch” is only a WISE WOMAN – this word has been translated wrong for generations . . .

In the past “witches” were burnt alive – Not because they had Magic as we are told to believe but because they were able to heal through herbs and practices like reiki – This was a threat towards men and and their power, and the church. women were not to do anything that opposed mens superiority..

I don’t need a lesson on feminism. All I am trying to say is that the word witch in the contemporary context is that of either a sorceress or a person that practices Wicca. To imply through your video that all Reiki practitioners are Witches, is to mislead the general public.

If you wanted to say that Reiki practitioners are Wise Women and Wise Men following the ancient traditional definition as someone that was a type of Shaman/healer within their tribal society, just use the words Wise Woman. That was all I was trying to say.

And I stand by my statement that the spelling/grammatical errors are distracting. Just making constructive comments to try to make a lovely video all the more enjoyable.

yes i agree with goddesswoman the word witch shouldn’t of been juxtaposed with reiki practitioners it is rather misleading and provokes a negative connotation upon reiki

I have been a Reiki Master for years, and also a scholar, professional musician and a male witch. I also was very distracted by the spelling and grammar errors. People who care about such things will make horrible assumptions about the writer. The music seems nice to me, but Reiki is different from witchcraft.
