lately ive been haven anger problems,is yoga and meditation a good way for me to relax? if yes do u know any techniques or sites i can go to learn more bout it, thnx

  1. yes it can help. it clears the mind and can center you. try sitting in a very quite place if you have kids wait till they go to bed or get a friend to watch them. if you have noise around try head phones with very relaxing music nature sounds or anything that you find calming. sit and breath in and out slowly 4 counts in 4 counts out close your eyes, relax your body and let yourself just be alone and quite. try this website
