<description>I have been meditating for many years now, and have been helping others along their spiritual path for nearly the same length of time. If this is your first time trying to meditate I would suggest writing on a piece of paper, a word that represents a calming sensation. Possibly the word PEACE, or TRANQUILITY, or maybe even your favorite color. Once on paper, take a few minutes to focus on just the word, how it&#039;s written. Close your eyes, and see the word and focus just on the word. Only thing left is let the mind wonder. That is the hardest part. Don&#039;t worry where the mind goes, just let it.
Hope this helps.

use a timer and don&#039;t open your eyes tell it goes off

be patient and relax

breath in and out
