What do you think about colon hydrotherapy?

A friend and I are considering having our colons cleansed. We would like to be healthier and drop a few pounds. Has anyone ever done this before? If so, what did you think and would you recommend it?

  1. You can read about it and see if you feel comfortable with the procedure and then go for it if you decide to do it.
