Bowel cleansing (colon hydrotherapy) is now performed at specialised facilities with equipment “Hydro-colon” (flushing the intestines). The whole procedure takes about an hour and although it looks uncomfortable, believe me, it isn’t.
Trained staff will introduce small tube into the rectum, while you can lay down comfortably on the couch, covered with a blanket – and than, everything works for by itself.
Computer-controlled device will insert warm water into your rectum and then it sucks the contents of your intestines out. This procedure is repeated until only the flow of a clear liquid comes out of you..
That is a sign for the doctor that the colon is completely cleaned. One application of this cure should be about 70 – 100 $. Initially, a series of three rinses in 3 week is needed, then another one in the three months time. After that you only need one irrigation per year.
Post procedure, it is recommended to take supplements recovering the gut micro-flora, as Probiotics and Cranberry.
