I am trying to open my chakras, but am having trouble on what im focusing on. How do I open them in detail?

He’s got me hooked on it now, and I really,really want to open them. Every time I try, I get really dizzy and lightheaded, and I don’t feel like I’ve accomplished anything but a headache. Pointers please?
