Can needing a Chiropractic adjustment on my upper neck cause dizziness?

I’ve been battling dizziness and sever sinus problems. I have seen and ENT, Allergist and reg. MD.
No one is helping. My upper left neck hurts near the base of my skull. Can all my probs be cause from misalignment?
I’m running out of money..help

  1. Yes chiropractic can help dizziness caused by a pinched nerve in your neck.

  2. You should have gone to the chiropractor first. Nearly all aches and pains are related to the spine.

  3. I would recommend seeking out a D.O. who specializes in OMM (osteopathic manipulative medicine). They are just as good as chiropractors at fixing musculoskeletal problems, and they have equal standing with M.D.s so they can diagnose and treat any medical conditions, too. Plus, they generally require fewer visits than chiropractors.
