I am certified in CPR and First Aid and this is not a day care it is just child care for however long the yoga class is.
Has anyone had POSITIVE effects from Kundalini yoga?

Any adice or interesting experiences? BTW Kundalini IS NOT ABOUT SEX- people who think that are severely misinformed.

While weight machines are some of the best ways to work specific muscle groups, there is still a lot of other body building equipment you can use to help tone and work your muscles to their fullest potential.
Bodybuilding equipment includes those materials that help bodybuilders increase their muscle mass and sculpt muscles. Such equipment normally includes different sized weights and is either used as a part of a weight training machine or as free weights (those weights free of the machine). What is most important in the use of this bodybuilding equipment is proper technique.
When you switch to bodybuilding without a gym, your muscles work naturally, using the weight of your own body to exercise the muscles. Common exercises such as chin-ups, push-ups, lunges and squats are all exercises you can use to develop a workout to any level of intensity, depending on your fitness. As bodyweight bodybuilding has no requirement for weights or specific equipment, it can be worked easily in to a busy schedule. All in all, it is a fully rounded “super” workout.
There are so many ways to start your bodybuilding experience in the gym. So, if you want to get a good gym membership then it’s worth looking for one as soon as you’ve decided to get going.

What kind of discipline is Yoga? how does it improve your health and your physical condition?

I have never done any sport, i’m bad with that, and i believe i have not a good physical condition, altougth i’m not fat or anything like that.
I am just convinced that i need to make something with my body for healt, and because my work is mostly sitted in front of my computer, and as much as i like it, i know it’s stressing.
