I was wondering if herbs such as Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek are common to find in herb stores?
Also, I know those herbs are usually for women, but they should work for men as well, right?

I have developed an herbal formulation that I would like to incorporate into some kind of nutritional supplement or food product. I believe that the herbs are not FDA approved although they are sold as “not for human consumption”. Is there any legal way to incorporate these herbs into a product?

I am very interested in medicinal herbs. I don’t intend to become a doctor, or a pharmacist. Can I learn their basic uses as an amateur? If yes, how? Are there any classes I need to take?
Thank you in advance!

I am on estrogen alone and it is not working for me. Doctor cannot help, doesn’t feel I know what I am talking about. I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago(ovaries out) and have been miserable ever since. A friend suggested adding progesterone and herbs. I do not flash, just live in a oven. Is it safe to take all 3 together?

I am particularly looking for something that will help with regulating the reproductive cycle and promoting hormonal balance. Keep in mind that I wish to conceive some day and I hear that some herbs are not good for you if you wish to bear children in the future. Thanks.

There are so many websites out there for these products and I don’t want to buy something from just a random place. Does anyone have experience buying herbs/vitamins online, specifically turmeric and ginkgo biloba? If you could point me to some great websites that would help me out a lot.

I would love to open my own massage/spa place. I would use herbs and herbal remedies along with massages to help reduce stress and help injuries.
I would use masques which are made from all natural items, such as fruits and other bases.
What are the studies called and what classes do I need to take to be qualified for these?
