I know smoking is bad for your health, but does it effect your energy system? If it does, which chakra does it mess up the most?

I didn’t have really any health problems, till when I was around 17, I suddenly got asthma. I started going to doctors and taking some inhaling medicine and another, if I couldn’t breathe. I was doing this for almost half a year and it didn’t get any better.
So I stopped going to doctors and since then I didn’t take any medicine at all.
I figured, that if instead of making it easy on my body (with medicine), I could try to make it harder, so it gets used to it.
I’ve been smoking now for almost 3 years and I have very little problems with my asthma.
I moved from the hills to the center of Budapest.

My inspiration to do this was, that then I had a girlfriend, who had a skin disease since she was 5. She vent to doctors, who gave her pills and lotions to help her body. The skin problem never healed, only 18 years passed since then. She did get a handful of new problems since then like asthma, another skin problem…..
In my opinion it is because of all the medicine she got.
This question would be about the alternative. I can see that in many cases it is a problem, that doctors give medicine for any problem, when most illnesses your body can easily overcome.
I used it this morning and had a sinus headache shortly after using it. and then in the afternoon I got a really massive sinus headache.
Is this normal or what?

I use 1 package for 8oz. water per nostril.
Here is what the pre-mixed package has in it–all natural, usp grade (99.9%) pure. Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate. The solution is ph balanced and isotonic., no iodine or preseravitives. To be used in 8oz. of water.
The water was little warmer then tepid, but not much more. Where do i find a syringe for this? I have just seen squeeze bottles and the neti pot.
I am having bad sinus issues due to allergies. I am pregnant so I really want to limit the kinds of meds I take. Several people have recommended a Neti Pot. I know what it looks like but I am very unsure of how to actually use it and how it helps with sinuses. Can anyone give me more information so I know if I should buy one? Thanks!
