It has been 3yrs for my marriage. I had a miscarriage last year. Recently I came to know I have naga dosha. I want to know the probable time when I will have a baby.

 

Is my lunch going to be ok ? Is it healthy enough ?

For lunch today I am going to have 1 wholemeal pitta bread filled with smoked salmon, cucumber and salsa. I am also going to finish off the baked beans that are in the fridge we had the other night and then have an apple. Is this a good , healthy lunch to enjoy ?

Could i have an eating disorder? (more info below)?

Basically, i haven’t been eating anything when i go to school (im 13 btw), i used to eat a snack in the morning and lunch in the afternoon, but i just haven’t eaten anything all day lately. I never really used to have breakfast either, and i still dont have it now, im not fat, im actually really skinny, but not anorexic, im pretty tall and lanky too. But i dont know why i’ve stopped eating, i wake up at around 7.30am, and dont eat anything until after school, at around 4pm. And i only ever eat light foods, like toast, or a pitta bread, or sandwich. I never eat dinner, i just dont feel hungry anymore, i do at school though sometimes. Please help me, i haven’t told anyone about this x

i’m trying to lose weight and normally et around 1,400 cals but today i ate
breakfast 220 cals
snack a SMALL caramel bar half an apple and some grapes(unknown cals)
lunch pitta bread and ham 200 cals
dinner greggs pizza and greggs custard filled donut (unknown cals)
snak mars bar 250 cals and half a ginger bread man
however 15 mins of exersise
burned 600 cals in gym
did i eat too much?
also any good health and fitness websites for exersise tips?
i burnt 600 cals in gym
and then an extra 15 mins exersise

 

Am I eating a well-balanced diet?

I’m trying to get enough protein, fruit/veg and good carbs into my meals. Am I getting the proportions right?

Breakfast – All-Bran with plain natural yogurt, melon and blueberries.
Snack – A few grapes
Lunch – Spinach & tomato omelet (2 eggs) and a slice of brown toast.
Dinner – Butternut squash soup (no fat added in cooking) with roast chicken pieces and a grilled wholemeal pitta bread.
Late snack – Apple
