What do you underestand by KALA SARPA DOSHA ? Heard of it .?

In Astrological science, Rahu is termed as the Head and Ketu is termed as tail of Sarpa. The Hindu pundits terms that the Kalasarpa yogam is most dangerous one in ones life span.
In the natal chart from lagna to seventh house if this yoga is there the first half is more miserable and from seventh house to twenth house, the second half of the life is harmful. In the natal chart if other yogas are not there, the native will be jobless; habitituated to bad habits leads miserable life, unmarried. etc.,
If in the natal chart:
1. From Ravi is placed from Rahu in 8th house it is termed as Sarpa Dosha.
2. From Chandra to 8th house, Rahu or Ketu it is termed as Sarpa Dosha
3. From natives’ horoscope, from lagna 6, 7, and 8 houses is Rahu is there it is Sarpa Dosha.
4. From lagna of either Rahu or Ketu are placed in Trokona it is Sarpa dosha.
REMEDIAL MEASURES
1. Japam has to be performed separately for Kuja, Rahu and Ketu.
2. Visit Rahu Temple situated In Tamilnadu Tirunageswram and perform milk abishekam in Rahukalam after performing this, visit Vaideeswaran koyal (Kuja Temple) and then Ketu temple in Peroambare and perform pooja.
3. It is advisable to visit Srikalahasti in Andhra Pradesh and perform pooja for Kalasarpa Dosha Nivarana and perform Pooja to Goddess GyanaPrasunamba with kumkum.
4. Those who are not financially sound may at least 7 Tuesdays and perform pooja to Lord Subramaneswara Swami temple.
5. A ring made of silver in the form of Sarpa and wear the same to the point finger or contact the purohits in Triambkeswar near Nasik for remedies.
6. Wear Gomedika or Vaiduryam (cats eye) made of silver and wear the same in Middle finger.
7. Naga padaga made of silver and donate it to a Brahmin in Lord Siva Temple after performing Ekadasa Rudrabhishekam to reduce negative effects.
KALA SARPA DOSHA : -
Symbolically you are in the grip of the snake (all planets are hemmed betwenn snake-head and snake-tail) — like an Anakonda has its victim firmly catched — your destiny is determined (Kaal means also time).
Ketu-Doshas and Rahu-Doshas are said to be the hardest periods (paying back karma) or the most important periods (evolving higher consciousness).

what’s the point of this?
encouraging people to perform the ritual? or just give knowledge?
I know of Mahakala and Kala Cakra but I don’t know that of what you said.

kal sarp dosh is a is a fact related to jyotish.
what happen in it all other greha come between rahu and ketu and they don’t give you their result. this is known as kal sarp dosh. it chave many categories in it and some are dangerous but some are even helpful to some persons but it were rare when kal sarp dosh helps a person.
in kal sarp dosh you will face obstacles in your work, you will face failures, your number of enemy and opponents will increase,it will disturb your family and social life .
but it can be cured for it you have to worship lord Shiva, perform rudrabhishek of lord Shiva, make a jap of maha martunjay mantra, perform poja in nasik, gardh ganga or in trimbkeswar temple
