Well i had two eggs and a plum and banana smoothie and a multi vitamin this morning, but i haven’t been very hungry for the day so far. The way i see it, calories don’t matter nearly as much as what your eating. What you should focus on is if your getting your proper nutrients from your foods (fats, protiens, low carbs, vitamins, minerals), drinking when your thirsty, getting enough sleep, and doing some bodyweight workouts like pushups and sprinting to keep your muscles insulin sensitive. When your muscles are insulin sensitive, they can store sugar as energy and aid in your body burning fat as energy.

Wow that is really unhealthy lol. First off, you MUST eat breakfast, it is essential. Your lunch meal would actually be a good breakfast meal. I’m guessing you ate around 400-500 calories depending on how big the pita was. You also must drink ALOT more water. It is recommended you drink at least 8 cups of water just to replace the fluids you lose through digestion, sweating, urinating e.t.c. If you are aiming to lose weight, I would eat around 1600-1800 calories WITH daily exercise! It does not really matter what other people eat because everyone has different goals. For example, someone might want to lose weight while others would want to gain weight (like myself
). Therefore one person would eat more. For example this is what I ate a couple days ago, because my diet the yesterday and today haven’t been good:
3 Pork Sausage Patties
3 Cup Skim Milk
Kashi Cereal
1.5 Cup whey powder
2 Apple with 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
Couple handful of blueberries
about 10 strawberries
4 Chicken Breast
2 Salmon Burgers
2 Chicken Kabob
1 Half chicken dinner from Swiss Chalet (Garden Salad, multigrain bun)
LOTS of water

you need to eat more! you probably ate less then 500 calories, which will not make you lose weight at all! you will probably be gaining weight.
i had:
breakfast: breakfast bar, yogurt
snack: banana
lunch: pizza, trail mix, yogurt, apple
dinner: lasanga
but i worked out and mowed the lawn too.

Lunch was 400 calories max.
And you must eat breakfast! If you eat breakfast, it will stimulate metabolism so you can start burning calories
So eat a 300 cal meal at least, and then have lunch. You don’t have to eat dinner, though.
