Kala Sarpha Dosha in horoscope?

In My horoscope i have rahu in lagna. Ketu and Jupiter in 7th house. Some say this a Kala Sarpha dosha and rest say it is not as Jupiter is conjugated with Ketu. Do i really have Kala sarpha dosha? Will i have delays in marriage. Pls clarify.

I forgot to mention the details of other planets , Mars in 2nd , Sun & Mercury in 3rd , Venus in 4th , Moon & Saturn in 6th. Lagna in vrishaba.

Jupiter conjugated with Ketu does not necessarily mean that you have Kala Sarpa Dosha in your horoscope. but, the planet positions you have mentioned indicate that you have it. since your lagna is in Vrishaba, there is no chance that you will suffer in money matters. you may experience frequent mental turbulance since the moon is in company with Saturn. the positive influences of Jupiter will, in most cases, will be neutralized by Ketu. So, you’ll seldom get the rewards of your efforts, which you deserve.
