can i lose weight if i eat this kind of food?

i tend to eat a lot of breads,toast pitta bread brown bread exc,
i also eat microwave dinners like chickin korma exc
eggs and cheese/

  2. you can eat whatever you want in moderation. However, breads have a TON of carbs, which is bad unless you work out A LOT.
    Try to limit your carbs by eating only whole-grain breads. More vegetables/fruit/salads. MODERATION is key. and exercise.

    3000 calories = one pound gained or lost.
    in a day, the average person burns 2,400 calories in a day.
    Most moderately strenuous exercise burns 500 cals per hour.
    The average calorie intake for weight loss is 1,500 cals a day.
    With this information, you can calculate your possible weight loss

    1,500 consumed a day
    - 250 cals burned by 1/2 hour of exercise a day
    -2,400 cals a day burned by daily activity
    ————-
    negative 1,150 so, after about three days you loose one pound .
    In one month, you could loose around 12 pounds.

    This is a safe healthy way to loose your weight and is guarantee to work if you dont cheat. Be careful! If you eat less than 1,500 cals or if you exercise exercise, your metabolism will get even slower which will result in very little or no weight loss. You must have balance and not cheat. And dont forget to drink 8+ glasses of water each day.You CAN do this-GOOD LUCK!!!

    PS- Dont crash diet or do fad diets, the results NEVER LAST. Eat healthy, get a calorie counting book to help count calories, Basically be sensible.

  4. Try to eat less carbohydrates. Eat more vegetables and meats. Eat foods that are HIGH in fiber. And don’t forget to exercise. That is key.

    no microwave dinners usually have too much in calories and fat, unless you buy the diet ones, like lean cuisine. and don’t eat too much breads and stuff, those are full of carbs. and u have too much of those it is stored as fat. so keep a balance with all food groups, thats probably the best way to loose weight. and cut out all junk food, like cookies and stuff.

  6. Eat more vegetables, skinless chicken, steak is ok. eggs is good, certain ceraels are good. you need to quit drinking soda or pop, just drink water% orange juice. i drink a gallon of water by day. mostly consume water it boost’s metabolism and many other things in your body.

    CARDIO!! YOU NEED TO DO SOME FORM OF CARDIO EVERYDAY BUT YOU MAY HAVE 1 REST DAY.
