Anyone suggest ayurvedic remedies for hormone balance?

However, I dont want to take birth control pills – they seem to make matters worse.
Has anyone tried ayurvedic remedies with success?

well i can’t help you there, and i know you said you weren’t interested in bc pills…but i started taking that new Yaz (not yasmin) and it’s been amazing. really amazing. i feel like a whole new person.
